Journeying through an innovation project is character-building stuff:
- Sometimes exhausting and isolating
- Goals are often nebulous, sometimes controversial and political stakes are frequently high
- Resources of skill, cash and time are constrained
- Most innovation projects fall by the wayside
If your project is more than an adventure and if failure is not an acceptable outcome talk to us. Research and innovation are our habitat. We keep our clients on track.
Involved in product, process and organisational innovation consulting and research since the mid-eighties, we have learnt a great deal. While we have the humility to realise how much we still have to learn we are honoured to consult to other consultants.
Please review the innovation, research and technology consulting services outlined on our site then call us to discuss how we can be of service.

Codified invention in the hydronics area.
We are completing the engineering and IP management work relating to a piece of product innovation for the heating industry. We researched relevant physics, manufacturing processes and competitor activity. We designed and engineered a global product using inventive principles and fluid flow simulation technology. We are arranging outsourced manufacture and regulatory approvals. We drafted a strong patent to support evolution of the product and identified ongoing infringement of an existing patent held by our client which will repay the cost the assignment many times over.

Teaching Systematic Innovation at Trinity College Dublin.
We are approaching the end of the development and delivery of the backbone of a training module based on systematic innovation methods aimed at undergraduate engineers. This will probably be evolved into a 'bootcamp'-style executive learning programme in the near future
