ABOUT SHIBUMI CONSULTING
Shibumi Consulting is a small innovation, research and engineering consultancy, established in 2005, based in Ireland and mainly working for Irish and UK clients. The staff of three is augmented by a network of skilled freelancers and other consulting companies who regularly work together. This permits high quality services to be offered economically.

We project manage, design, engineer and outsource manufacture of products. We advise senior management about innovation strategies and how to establish an infrastructure and climate conducive to innovation. We also help people take corrective action when projects lose direction or momentum. We understand the problems of innovating effectively from within companies and are advisors, coaches, intermediaries and consultants.

Shibumi has a significant investment in computer-aided engineering, analysis and simulation facilities, also in staff training, research databases and decision-support tools. We are committed to providing world-class professional services.

SHIBUMI ?

The word is Japanese and refers to great refinement and depth beneath a modest and unassuming appearance. Quiet but devastating competence. This is the quality which we strive to imbue our work with.
