We commissioned Shibumi Consulting to provide insights to inform our UK export plan. Heike conducted face-to-face and telephone interviews with independent software vendors, our chosen route to the UK market, to understand their expectations, decision making process & criteria and explore their reactions to the our offering, a white label embedded analytics platform. The research also involved benchmarking against competitor solutions available to UK software vendors. The insights and report produced by Shibumi had a direct impact on helping us re-prioritise our target market focus. The report put the facts in front of us and challenged our assumptions. The effect of getting candid feedback meant saving of time and resources being spent on less fruitful avenues. We have since been working on a key vertical which may take longer but does focus the team on a common goal and target market.  Shibumi were great to work with. They understood the business very quickly so we were able to focus on the market strategy rather than spending time on deep dives into the technology and past history.
